Standard Full Auto Solder Paste Printer
Fully automatic solder paste printer owns ±12.5 micron of printing accuracy and its repeat position accuracy is ±8 micron mm. Besides, it has a high-efficiency squeegee operating and adjustable control system, plus equipped with two separated print head which greatly improved the productivity.
1.2m / 1.5m Long Board Solder Paste Printer
This type of machine born for production of 1.2m or 1.5m long PCB lens/LED production. Owning nearly the same technical parameters as other standard printers, it has a print accuracy of 15 micron and repeat positioning accuracy of 30 micron. Moreover, like other types, it owns a three axis linkage calibration system that can quickly adjust the PIN jacking height of PCB with different thickness.
Back-To-Back Printer
Integrating two printers into one single piece, the back-to-back printer is used particularly in dual-rail assembly line. The machine has high printer accuracy of 8 micron, maximum squeegee speed of 200 millimeter per second, and less than 1 percent of PCB war page. Equipped with automatic digital camera system, 2D solder paste inspection system, and two independent motorized print heads, it can also add other optional systems to meet various customer requests.
Semi auto Printer
The semi automatic solder paste printer has a print and repeat accuracy of ±20 micron. There are several sizes available for print-table area, the maximum length is 1500mm and could be customized. Also, with unique process method during the de-mold process, it has equal performance to the imported full-auto printer.
