SRM series sunlight readable monitors from Wordsworth Technologies are available in three sizes: 12.1, 15 and 17in.

Based on TFT technology, the ultra-high-brightness 17in LCD monitor delivers a 1280 x 1024 SXGA resolution, 16.7 million colours and a brightness of 725cd/m2.

Providing XGA TFT resolution of 1024 x 768 at 16.7 million colours, the 15in monitor feature a very high brightness of 1750cd/m2.

Both monitors have a 12 or 24V DC auto selection input for industrial system integration and claim the industry's best panel mount design to enable direct installation into any instrument or workstation.

A side cabling design ensures that the depth required by the LCD monitor is minimised, while a front plastic panel and aluminium housing lessen the total weight.

The 15 and 17in monitors also have a digital input facility via a DVI connector.

Other features include front OSD control keys, LCD MTBF of 50kh, backlight MTBF of 30kh and 0 to 50C operating temperature.

A VESA-compliant 75mm wall/arm and 100-240V AC power adapter are included.

An optional touch screen is also available.
