Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Mouser stocks RF transceiver SoC from Mouser Electronics: "Mouser Electronics has announced it is stocking the ZIC2410 RF Transceiver System-on-Chip (SoC) from California Eastern Laboratories (CEL).".

In August 2008, we covered the news from Gleichmann-Sunrise - take a look at Demo kit talks of voice synthesis developments which says: "Microcontroller-based demonstration kit features an audio data conversion tool for conversion and downloading of voice data via the USB port.".
